EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please notify us within 7 business days after receiving the order. My Lamination Canada cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened packaging due to sanitization & health regulations. Shipping charges are not refundable.

My Lamination Canada reserves the right to decline return or/and refund.

Returns due to Customer Error:  If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address or oversight in not including a building or suite number, new shipping fees apply. This includes mistakes in the product(s) selected. 

RISK FREE POLICY

First time orders are subject to returning unsold products with a full refund for up to 4 months. All products must be unopened and/or free of any damage.

COURSE CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

In-Person Trainings (Bootcamp & Workshop) may be cancelled and refunded by a minimum of 2 weeks prior to course date. If cancellation is requested between 2 weeks – 3 days days prior to course date, customers will receive 50% of their course fee back. There will be no refund issued if course is cancelled within 3 days of the course date, or if the student does not show up to their in-person training.

Note: Online training ($300.00 CAD) is not subject to any refunds. If Bootcamp was purchased, 300$ will not be refunded as customers gain access to the online portion of the course as soon as they make their purchase. Only the remainder of the “in-person” portion of the Bootcamp course ($250.00 CAD) is subject to the refund policy stated above.

Student Training Kits are NOT subject to refunds or exchanges.
