The My Lamination Brow Neutralising Cream is Step 2 of the eyebrow lamination procedure. The ideal formulation of the product ensures the maximum interaction with Step 1 providing the expected result. It re-attaches the bonds of the lashes, to be restructured into a new shape to create the ultimate lift.
